The only thing I have a problem with is that sometimes I don't turn my computer on until later in the day; and I'm worried that at some point I'll just totally forget to post. Eek!
I am not a serious blogger--just a diarist. So I just write about any old thing that's going on in my life. :-P I can usually think of something.
As my husband will support me saying this - I am completely addicted to blogging! I just love it. I find it a great way to vent and also a great way to learn from others as well as from myself. I think this blogging group - Blog365 is great!
I'm working hard towards blogging everyday. Good luck to everyone! :)
I have been trying to post everyday; if I can't post for certain days, I just backdate entries...I feel like I'm cheating, but on some days I'm just too tired to log onto the computer and write a blog post ><;;
don't beat yourself up... one thing i did when i went on vacation (out of the country, no guaranteed internet access) for a few days i just put together a bunch of blogs (mostly pics) and scheduled them to post on the days i was gone. it worked out well but was surprisingly hard to get back into the swing of daily posting.
I've done well. The last day off I had, between NaBloPoMo and Holidailies, was October 30th.
There have been quite a few days where I've blogged twice and a couple where I barely got one in by midnight. I've made friends through this. Those who have missed a day or two get this opinion-as long as you've got 365 posts at the end of the year, you've succeeded.
That's not how it works, 365 posts in the year. It really *means* blog every day. I often do more than one entry a day. But I don't do very long entries, so I figure I need to make up for lack of serious content with more newsy stuff. :-D
I know it's blog every day, and I have, but I'm trying to encourage those who've missed ONE day not to give up! :)
As of this writing, I've done 201 posts so far this year, surpassing all of 2006 (128, thanks to a blogger glitch) and I'm 21 posts away from beating last year. Now it's so ingrained, that when I was out with coworkers and it was 11:30, I hightailed it home to get in my post before midnight!
What's funny is that I walked in the door and found that my hubby had my laptop fired up and ready to go for me. He knows how much this project has meant to me.
